Welcome to EmboldenYOU. I am the owner/founder and have been in practice for over 12 years. I attended Notre Dame University for undergrad and received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. I aspire to provide a warm, collaborative, and empathetic environment to all of my clients.

Our Approach
We take a client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor their approach to best meet the needs of their clients.
Online Payment
EmboldenYOU, LLC, uses Theranest, a HIPPA-compliant EHR (electronic health records) system to schedule and pay for appointments. Please follow link to login into your Theranest account if you are a current client
